This page is the English summary of our accessibility statement. The Hebrew version (הצהרת נגישות) is the legally binding text under Israeli law.

Our commitment

We treat accessibility as a core value, not just a regulatory requirement. The site has been built to meet Israeli Standard 5568 (which mirrors WCAG 2.0 Level AA) and the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Regulations (Service Accessibility Adjustments), 5773-2013.

Response process

Accessibility inquiries are answered within 5 business days. If additional time is needed for review or repair, we will reply with a timeline. For complex fixes, we will provide an interim alternative until a permanent solution is in place.
