Voluntary Consent and No Legal Obligation
When filling out the Mood questionnaire, please be aware that you are under no legal obligation to provide the information detailed below, and disclosure depends entirely on your free will and consent. However, without providing this information, the system will not be able to generate a personalized meditation (Hyper-Personalization) for you.
Information Collected and Its Purposes
For the purpose of providing the Just-in-Time Performance service, we collect the following data:
- Identification and contact details: email address, phone number, and company identifier (Network ID). This information is used to send the meditation directly to you and to manage usage quotas within the organization (Usage-Based).
- Sensitive data — the Mood questionnaire: answers regarding feelings of stuckness, physical discomfort, empowering messages, and steps for improvement. This information is used solely by the AI for generating intelligent and personal text and producing the corresponding audio.
To provide a powerful tool for immediate relief, focus, and real-time performance enhancement.
Disclosure to Third Parties
To deliver the service, information is processed by external systems as follows:
Voice and AI processing systems
Responses are processed automatically and encrypted (Zero Ops) to generate text and audio in a human voice. The information transmitted to these systems is anonymized and used solely for technical production.
Confidentiality vis-à-vis the employer
The employer or HR/wellness manager are not exposed to the content of your responses or to your personal meditation. Reporting to the organization includes only quantitative usage data of the "gift" allocations.
Direct Marketing (Section 17 of the Law)
Ora Med may use your contact details to send you the meditation produced for you or updates about similar services. At any time, you may request to be removed from our direct marketing distribution list by contacting the company's email oded@oramed.co or via the unsubscribe link at the bottom of every email.
Right of Access and Erasure
In accordance with Sections 13 and 14 of the Law, you are entitled to inspect the information held about you in our database and to request its correction or deletion if it is found to be inaccurate or out of date. Additionally, if you choose to do so, we will delete your sensitive response history from our systems.
Information Security
We implement strict security measures to protect your personal and emotional information from unauthorized access, in accordance with the sensitive nature of trauma processing and performance enhancement.
