Privacy Policy and Notice of Information Collection

At Ora Med, we are committed to protecting your privacy. This document details how we collect and use information, as required by Section 11 of Israel's Privacy Protection Law, 1981, and in accordance with the requirements of Amendment 13. This policy is the English translation of our official Hebrew privacy notice; the Hebrew version is the legally binding text.

Voluntary Consent and No Legal Obligation

When filling out the Mood questionnaire, please be aware that you are under no legal obligation to provide the information detailed below, and disclosure depends entirely on your free will and consent. However, without providing this information, the system will not be able to generate a personalized meditation (Hyper-Personalization) for you.

Information Collected and Its Purposes

For the purpose of providing the Just-in-Time Performance service, we collect the following data:

Purpose

To provide a powerful tool for immediate relief, focus, and real-time performance enhancement.

Disclosure to Third Parties

To deliver the service, information is processed by external systems as follows:

Voice and AI processing systems

Responses are processed automatically and encrypted (Zero Ops) to generate text and audio in a human voice. The information transmitted to these systems is anonymized and used solely for technical production.

Confidentiality vis-à-vis the employer

The employer or HR/wellness manager are not exposed to the content of your responses or to your personal meditation. Reporting to the organization includes only quantitative usage data of the "gift" allocations.

Direct Marketing (Section 17 of the Law)

Ora Med may use your contact details to send you the meditation produced for you or updates about similar services. At any time, you may request to be removed from our direct marketing distribution list by contacting the company's email oded@oramed.co or via the unsubscribe link at the bottom of every email.

Right of Access and Erasure

In accordance with Sections 13 and 14 of the Law, you are entitled to inspect the information held about you in our database and to request its correction or deletion if it is found to be inaccurate or out of date. Additionally, if you choose to do so, we will delete your sensitive response history from our systems.

Information Security

We implement strict security measures to protect your personal and emotional information from unauthorized access, in accordance with the sensitive nature of trauma processing and performance enhancement.
